We have secured Dr Paula Smith who is an expert in Presentation Intelligence and Leadership Communication to present “Must Have” skills in today’s competitive business arena. at the Breakfast Seminar on Thursday 6^th October 2022.

Paula has been described as dynamic, inspiring, passionate and commercially savvy as a trusted advisor, master trainer, professional speaker, 3 times author and business leadership coach.

Paula holds a bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, a master’s degree in Leadership and a PhD in Organisational Leadership. She has been awarded the CSP designation by the National Speakers Association and a Fellow from the Australian Institute of Management.  Paula’s decades of research in Presentation Intelligence  and human behaviour have earnt her the reputation as a leading expert in the world of Powerful Presenting and Leadership Communication.  She continues to work with some of Australia’s largest organisations and government departments.

She will be presenting on:

• The art, science and practice of assertive and influential communication.
• The foundations of human behaviour, language, emotional intelligence
• A touch of neuroscience will also be discussed in this interactive presentation.

The strategies explored will help build, maintain and improve relationships with those around you both at home and at work.

The presentation should be of interest to our Members, Claims Handlers, Underwriters & Brokers. Members are also encouraged to bring Industry guests who would find the training session interesting and informative.
