DESCRIPTION:You are invited to join us for an online education seminar on 24 October via Microsoft Teams. \nJoin Wotton + Kearney experts Sam Barker and Tully Anders talk through the Australian Financial Complaints Authority and the General Insurance Code of Practice; and gain a snapshot of the issues that dominate Australian Financial Complaints Authority and are of concern to insurers. \n\nWhen: 10am – 11am\,  24 October 2023 \nClick here to join the meeting \n\n  \nAbout the presenters: \n  \nTully Anders \nTully Anders works across Wotton + Kearney’s Property\, Energy and Infrastructure and General Liability practices. \nHis first party property experience includes acting for a large local insurer in a long running dispute with a cover holder regarding damage to an industrial plant.
