The program will feature a keynote address by Lance Burdett – a former construction manager turned crisis negotiator, spending 22 years with NZ Police – 13 as a crisis negotiator. Training with elite units across four countries including the FBI, he’s worked with police, military, emergency services, and intelligence agencies. Lance holds a Master’s in Terrorism, Safety & Security, plus diplomas in Positive Psychology & Wellbeing, Business and Policing.
