AICLA have introduced Advertising Guidelines for members who wish to advertise positions vacant or insurance products and services on the AICLA website and in other materials published by AICLA from time to time.
AICLA Refund and Substitution Policy
In the event of a registrant’s inability to attend a seminar, workshop, conference or other activities arranged by AICLA alone or in conjunction with other bodies, a substitute attendee is welcome. Substitutions may be made up to seven (7) days prior to the event.
Alternatively, a full refund less 25% service charge will be made for cancellations advised by letter, fax or email up to twenty-one (21) days prior to an event. No refunds will be made after this time.
If necessary, the planning committee reserve the right to alter the programme without prior notification to attendees.
