About the presenters:

Tully Anders

Tully Anders works across Wotton + Kearney’s Property, Energy and Infrastructure and General Liability practices.

His first party property experience includes acting for a large local insurer in a long running dispute with a cover holder regarding damage to an industrial plant. He regularly provides coverage advice on complex and major losses, which more recently has included losses caused by the February 2022 floods in south-eastern Queensland and northern NSW.

He has acted in numerous high-profile class actions and complex multi-party litigation, including the 2014 Parkerville bushfire litigation in Western Australia and the 2018 St Patricks Day bushfire litigation in Victoria.

Sam Barker

Sam Barker works across Wotton + Kearney’s Property, Energy and Infrastructure and Financial Lines practice.

He has extensive experience assisting professional and insurer clients in the construction, property, infrastructure and energy sectors in Australia and the UK.  His practice includes a defence, recovery and coverage portfolio, spanning construction, first-party property, major losses and professional liability claims.

Sam’s more recent experience includes acting for insurers on high value recoveries involving a large infrastructure project in Queensland, and 2 separate generator failures in Victoria.
