VIC Inspiring Women

AICLA Victoria’s Inspiring Women event will provide an afternoon of great company, great food and drink and an inspiring presentation in the beautiful Crown Aviary.

A sit-down lunch will be featured this year, along with a captivating keynote speaker, Alisa Camplin-Warner.

Alisa is Australia’s first female Winter Olympic Gold Medallist and a respected leader across sport, business and high performance. Alisa won her Olympic Gold in Freestyle Aerial Skiing at the 2002 Salt Lake City Games, completing a triple twisting double somersault just six weeks after breaking both ankles. She went on to win the World Championships, hold the World Number 1 ranking for multiple years and returned from two knee reconstructions to win Olympic Bronze in Turin in 2006.

Alisa has a rare combination of elite athletic experience, corporate leadership and governance expertise. She served as Chef de Mission for the 2026 Australian Winter Olympic Team, sits on many prominent Australian Boards, and spent 18 years working globally with IBM across sales, strategy and transformation roles. She continues to mentor Olympic athletes, coaches and emerging leaders in high-performaning environments, and will share many practical and transferable skills and experiences with us.
