A former barrister and session tribunal member with several tribunals, Sean brings over three decades of legal, regulatory, and policy experience across Queensland and Tasmania. He has led major legislative and stakeholder initiatives, including reforms in tenancy and caravan park residency. Sean holds a PhD in Public Policy, an MBA, and legal qualifications, and has published widely on governance and legal reform. Until recently, he was a sessional member of the Tasmanian Property Agents Tribunal and is a passionate advocate for integrity and collaborative leadership.
