AICLA WA invites members and guests to join us on Friday 6 March to celebrate International Women’s Day.

This will be the third year of hosting the International Women’s Day Lunch in the Grand Ballroom of the Duxton Hotel, 1 ST George’s Terrace, Perth with a 3-Course meal with 3 hour premium drinks package.

This year’s event will feature Kendall Whyte, Founder & CEO of the mental health charity, Blue Tree Project, as our keynote speaker. Kendall founded the Blue Tree Project in 2019 following the tragic loss of her brother. What began as a grassroots initiative in regional Western Australia has since grown into a globally recognised charity, with Blue Trees now standing as powerful symbols of mental health awareness and hope around the world. These striking symbols have sparked open conversations and helped shift attitudes toward mental health in communities everywhere. Kendall’s remarkable contributions have earned her widespread recognition, including Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) 2022, Young West Australian of the Year 2021, Finalist – Agrifutures Rural Women’s Award and 7NEWS Young Achiever Awards 2020.
